HEY is a hybrid between a chair and a table whose aim is to build interactions between strangers. Indeed, modules should be used together to take advantage of the table, creating opportunities for dialogue between people. In this way, Hey offers a wide range of configurations and an extremely versatile system that is able to transform any context into a collaborative space. The shape satisfies all the functionalities required by performing and comfortable furniture.  Moreover, it exhibits the close loop benefits of additive manufacturing production. Obviously, the project takes its name from the word we use to greet people.

As designers, we believe that relationships play an incisive role in the battle for sustainability. We think the world can be transformed into a more balanced and sustainable place starting from them. If a person enjoys a context of satisfying relationships, he will take better care of the space around him. Hey aims in fact to bring people together and invite them to share their space in favor of collective awareness.
